Hanging planters

This is a great way to recycle plastic bottles and add some greenery to your home. You will need some plastic bottles, some scissors, some string, and some potting soil. Cut the plastic bottles in half lengthwise.

Then, fill the bottom half of the bottles with potting soil and plant your favorite flowers or herbs. Tie the string to the top of the bottles and hang them from a hook or a nail.
